Looks like Garden of the Gods in Colorado Springs to me. Great angle for the shot. If you're any closer usually the many tourists dominate the scene!

(As an FYI, the photo is a scanned copy of a print made on Kodak film with my 35mm Olympus OM-2n )

I tried to cheat by looking at the properties, all it told me that my Utah guess was wrong...
