Default Anyone not seen this yet?

Here's a post with a video of a guy using the new E-P3 with his 12-60 SWD Zuiko in an indoor evening dinner venue...

http://forums.dpreview.com/forums/re...ssage=38817123

The autofocus speed looks to be quite improved/outstanding, certainly compared to the current operation of that lens on my E-PL1. No doubt the new AF assist light on the E-P3 helped too in that setting. Combined with the 75-300 micro lens I just purchased, my 12-60 and a new E-P3 just may well "complete" my Pen setup.

Hi Greg,

Yes, I did see that video and it sure does give me pause for thought as I use my E-PL1 with the 12-60mm lens almost exclusively these days. The only time I use another lens on the PEN is when I shoot landscapes with the m43 9-18mm lens.

My experience with the 12-60mm SWD is that it AF pretty well-no where near as fast as the video shows using the E-P3. Need to start saving now.

Well, I had not seen it, thanks for the link.....interesting even though I don't have a 12-60.

I'm wondering how my 50-200, 14-54 & 70-300 4/3 lenses will work on the P3. From what I've read so far these lenses should work ever bit as well as they do now, if not better, on the E-3.

Zig, i don't have any source to save from but I do need to edge my nerve toward asking Bonnie for the money..... let's see P3, VF-2 & 40-150 m4/3. Oh yeah I don't have any SDHC cards either so need one of them, maybe a cheap one to start with plus a Domke bag.

Hi Bob,

I'm able to save up a little bit of money by tiling floors, bathroom/kitchen floors and back splashes. I've been doing that for the last 12 years and have built up enough business to keep me in mad money.

It is far easier than going to dealing with the spoucal acceptance factor.
