Default Daylight robbery

Everything in the garden was late this year, including my cherry crop. It's been cold and damp......Remember "cold and damp?"

I always know when the pie cherries are ripe, it's when the robbers come. The Robins thrushes and Cedar Wax Wings. I always pick enough for one pie and then leave the rest to those guys.

The Robins actually "chuckle" with pleasure. They're all pretty shy about it, I tried to get shots yesterday on my way into town but only caught one young Thrush.

Really nice shots Ken. The colors of the E-500 really sparkle in those shots.

#5 made me want to reach out and pick a cherry off the branch. I'm glad you have the 70-300mm working again.

You are fortunate to have a beautiful cherry tree and a wife that will make you a pie.

Very nice shots, Ken. Your story has me thinking of getting a cherry pie today.

No. Is there such a place?

But those cherries are so real I wanted to reach into the monitor and grab one.
