Default Gotta Love October!

October is my favorite month of the year. I've actually gotten to take a few photos in the past week.

Well your photos are really nice and I love them.

BUT!!! What October means to me is things are dying and we're going into 5 months of dark, cold, wet days....Brrrrr.

Any room at your place for the winter Steven....Huh, huh?

These are really nice and remind me to get out TOMORROW as the leaves are pretty much as peaked-out as they're going to get.

Yuck, don't remind me of the cold dark nights and short days. Oh well, maybe I will get some lovely snow. We had terrible winds Saturday and Sunday and it blew a lot of the nicest leaves off the trees. The tree by the little gazebo is almost bare now. It is so sad Gary that the beauty doesn't last too long. But so nice while it is here.

Great to see Angie, it is too bad fall doesn't last longer. I grew up in Missouri & SW Iowa and I remember well the fall colors.

.......and here (Texas) the dry HOT! summer has left us without much color, the Oaks & Pecans don't give us a lot to begin with.
