Default Manta - Ecuador Panoramic (Big Picture)

I just arrived from a trip to Ecuador and I want to share a panoramic from Manta.

Ecuador is a very small country but with a diversity of weather, scenarios and fauna.

I will post some pictures during the following days.

Have a great day everyone.

Nice pano, Marcelo. Oddly enough, I was in Manta while I was in the Navy. Our ship ported there for about a week. I really enjoyed it.

I went to Manta 16 years ago and today is totally different, but the people is the same... very friendly and charming.

Thank you for your commentary.

Have a great weekend.

The picture is a large file, maybe just waiting a minute for your computer to download the file.

The following is the link to my gallery where you can see the pano:

I didn't get the photo either. I'm looking forwards to seeing it though and the follow ups.

We thought of taking a look at Ecuador for retirement. Lots of benifits for oldies and some fine places to live.

Ha! not patient enough I guess, there it is. Cool shot. Didn't realize that it was that popular with the cruising crowd. Lot of deep sea commercial fishing boats as well.
I need to see more Marcello..

I met there some people from Alabama and Texas looking for a place to live, for some reason Ecuador during the last years is one of the destinations for retired people, as you said the benefits are very tempting, in Ecuador you have free health assistance in public hospital, free medicine, the cost of a luxury department or house in front of the sea is only $80.000 - $100.000 and the taxes for this properties are only $60-$80/year.

I'll post more pictures of my trip from different cities.

Have a great day.
