Default Just trying out...

Saw this gal out of the kitchen window earlier. She was taking a well earned rest after eating the birdseed and chicken scratch.
E500. 70-300.
1st is at 70mm f4.5 at 100th. 400iso.
2nd at 133mm at 80th
3rd at a full 300mm 5.6 at 65th. all full frame.
I was too lazy to look for the tripod and took a chance.

They kinda like it back there, they feel pretty safe, we do see the occasional coyote but I don't think they would be a match for them and they can keep an eye out for Sharon and fresh food.

Great, the 3rd picture at 300mm is very sharp.

He looks very calm and comfortable.

Nice, especially #3. Your deer are always tranquil looking in your back yard.

It's prolly the gin in the food mix. And well, we don't get pelicans here.

Thanks for the comments guys, appreciated.
