Default Another yellow-crowned Night Heron

E-3 and the 50-200mm at full 200mm, ISO 800, f3.5, no PP.

I'm always interested in capturing birds at a different angle. What do you think of this one?

I really do like this picture Steve, pretty sharp and nice bird.

I don't think they're allowed to use flash in Florida. They have a thing called 'Sun" whatever that is.

Thanks for the comments guys. I love the expression on this guy's face. And I have to say that I love using the E-3 and the 50-200mm.

Hi Marcelo: No flash on this one. Caught him above me in a tree, but he was in a patch of direct sunlight, so got a nice catch-light in his eye. He kept giving me dirty looks, like he was saying: "why are you bothering me and why do you keep taking those pictures?" But he didn't fly away.
