Default E-520 can take nice pictures compared to Expensive Camera

From Wednesdays Biathlon at Canmore

My company sponsers Biathlon Canada. Sent the Company to Canmore ( Very NICE )
My co worker had the D700 with sigma lens
First E-520 with 40-150 MK11 Kit Lens
Second Nikon D 700 with Sigma 70-200 f2.8 lens

Fred - not entirely sure what the purpose here is. Both shots definitely have their issues. One thing the nikon shot shows is: owning an expensive camera doesn't mean you know how to use it.

If the purpose of the thread is to say: the oly is just as good as the d700 I don't really see that in these images. I stick with my interpretation above

The purpose of this thread is to show the E-520 can take nice pictures. compared to expensive cameras.
No, my post is NOT say the oly is just as good as the d700 . I just showed 2 samples
Nothing to do which is better or as good as ...

I agree with Steven, we know what you meant and it this not a reason to be worried.
