This bird did like to be on the picture

Just got lost in the shuffle, I sometimes forget which ones I have commented on.

Good feather detail of those black feathers and beak; it is hard to get detail on black animals. And you still retained the delicate blue pastel color around the eye.

You caught some nice detail, interesting looking bird, isn't it. There's obviously (well not to me) a reason for that oversized beak, doesn't look like it's for picking up seed either.

Thank you Steve, it was not that simple, was pretty dark there and shot with the inbuilt flash from the E-500.

Thank you Ken, it's beak was so long didn't extrude it . Special was that he was not camera shy.
