Default Finches gone south!

Looking at Gary's finch shot reminded me of these guys we met at the southernmost tip of Baja. Enjoying the sunset and the cookies sharon stole from me.

I really think they left our yard about the same time we did.

Had to crop them in a bit, Oh well..

Lovely soft color renditions, were these with your E-500?

Nice pictures Ken.
Finches here aren't that colorful, they have only a brown/gray color.

Thanks guys. Yeh, that's the old E 500 Steven.

I used the flash on these but forgot that a little earlier I shot a scene in low light and pushed the ISO and the 500 doesn't like it. That's where the noise is from.
Other than that, whadda ya think...

What's grain ion?
