Default Right Place - Right Time!

Took a trip today from Moab down to the Needles area of Canyonlands - on the way out of the park this scene fell in my lap!!

E-30 14-54....

Comments and critique is always welcomed and encouraged...

Excellent shot, the desert reds and the smooth water reflection really are attention grabbers. You may have been in the right place at the right time, but you really nailed the composition, focus, and exposure.

That E-30 is really serving you well. Now that Gary has one on the way, it should be a treat to see some more great shots from both of the two E-30s.

Thanks all for the kind words...I was lucky to be in the right place at the right time, with perfect lighting and the time to get it right...bracket a few exposures then pick the best one...but I will admit the E-30 I have is spot on and I love this camera, huge improvement over my 510. I still love the colors created with my E-500 and the Kodak sensor, but this E-30 gets real close!

Thanks for looking...

Jim
