Well done Gary. Great feather detail and focus. Very sharp. I think you are doing your best work with that E-30.

Great shot and great detail. The E-30 is a good tool in the proper hands and you are using it well.

I think as time goes on you will find the E-30 makes a big difference. When I went from the E-510 to the E-30 I found the improvement remarkable.

Love the coloring of the blue...well done!

Excellent photo, Gary. Jays are another bird that are really pretty which belies how agressive they are in the bird world.

Great shot Gary, all of the 3 C's. Colour, clarity and composition.

Or is that for some sort of rock?!

Smart birds the Jays, in the mountains they're called camp robbers. They watch and plan their raids.
The Stellar Jays here have learnt to sound off like a hawk, making room at the bird table before they dive in.
