Hi Gary,

Congrats on getting the Sigma 18-50mm 2.8 macro.

Along with the Sigma 150mm 2.8, the 18-50mm are probably the 2 finest Sigma lenses I've had the pleasure of using. Both are tack sharp and render a pleasing out-of focus background.

The Sigma 18-50mm presents stiff competition for Oly's 12-60mm. The only reason I ever sold mine was to pick up the 12-60mm for landscape work. The added angle of view of the 12-60mm really comes in handy when shooting landscapes.

Good luck with it!!

Zig

Thanks, Zig. It came today and, from what I've experienced so far, I'm really going to enjoy using it.
