Default Feedback on my website

Hey all,

Its been a really long time I posted in the forum. Been occupied with the final thesis project for my photography diploma. My thesis presentation will be in the 3rd week of may and I have decided to do it in exhibition style with 25 prints framed and matted on the wall. Largest print being 39" x 50" framed.

In the meanwhile I have developed a very simple website which will showcase the work I have done so far. Interestingly after editing all the work, nearly 50% of the images are taken with Oly E-510. The web address is www.zaliphoto.com

My final thesis images will be uploaded by end of May. Would really appreciate if you guys can look into the website and provide any valuable feedback.

Hi Shane

Had a look at the site and i like the lay out - clean and easy to look at and find what you have. Picturewise.. the B&W;s are my favorites.. I'd like to see a wee bit more in each of the galleries esp when showing the old bazzar in Karachi.. Its always hard to pick out a small selection of pics as your best - its something that I've not been able to do, so well done !

Cheers

Harj

Hi Harj,

Its interesting you called me Shane. My real nick name is Shani so you were pretty close

I think we all have to edit our work and present the best we think demonstrates our abilities and a particular style. This was one of the most important lessons I learned in my course. One mediocre picture can ruin 10 good ones in a set. I may have a few more for each gallery. Will see if I can find good ones to add to the existing ones.

Thank you for appreciating.

Zee

Thank you for sharing this, i really enjoyed your site, there was a wonderful sense of quietness and quiet majesty about your shots if that makes sense.

Good luck with your future, I am sure you will do well if these sample are any indication.
