some fab shots .. esp the last batch of pics which are superb. Oly should have really played to its strengths.. that 2 x crop factor for macro and tele work.

Very nice pictures Greg. When I think on macro I would use the extension tube instead of the ex-20. But your pictures are letting me believe I had better bought an ec-20 instead :-(

Thanks for the comments.

I need to make a correction to the claim of 2.5x, as I have a more valid estimate.

The ugly pic below is of a millimeter scale and the width of the 4/3 sensor is 17.3mm

Its very close to 8mm FOV at its minimum focus, so 17.3/8 = 2.16x.

Its slightly less than a full 8mm, so I'll round it to 2.2 times lifesize.
