Great capture! Probably the best of a 'chuck I've ever seen. There are some that say they taste like chicken.

Agree, excellent detail captured in that shot Eric.

(I'm not going to speculate on what kind of guys that Gary hangs around with or their dietary choices!!!!)

This doesn't look like something that taste like a chicken to me.
Either the idea of eating this kind of animal....
This is really something that is served as meal in the USA?

Great shot Eric !

....groundhog & fried parsnips, some dandelion & nordock greens with cornbread, ya got a sure hillbilly meal. I moved from the 'bluffs' in Missouri a long time ago so I'm partial to real fried chicken now...... It don't taste the same as groundhog, possum, carp or turtle no matter what they say.
______________

The image is a good one, well done.

In the US apparently people will eat just about anything, although unlike in Asia, not monkey brains.

LOL. Take everything said with a grain of salt, Lordje, some people on this forum have been known to play jokes on others. And if you get them started it will go on for a while. You are not going to find that animal on any menu when you visit here. LOL
