...Dirigible In Flight

I heard sounds of a huge lawn mower this morning and ran out to see this approaching my house. A friend of mine saw it over her house that's northwest of us so I deduced it was heading home to Akron, Ohio after some aerial work over the GOP Convention.

Nice, Gary! We can assume it didn't want to make Isaac's acquaintance...

There are two things you can count on from politicians: lies and hot air... Not necessarily in that order. :-D

I would say that this is the worst election campaign I've ever seen, but I seem to say that every 4 years.

I forgot to mention that I'm wondering if they measured the length of those 2 mooring lines intentionally, or just let the props take care of it. Looks awful close to me.

They looked a lot further from the props in person than they do in the photos, Ted. I'm fairly sure they're measured. Having said that, with the lack of common sense that seems to be pretty pervasive in today's world...

Really nice captures there Gary. Well done. All are spot on.

(Tampa has NOT had a hurricane hit since 1921. Most of us locals knew that the weathermen and local politicians were exaggerating the probability of a hit. The storms always turn away to the west from Tampa.)
