Default Eye of the Tiger

My wife & I went to the zoo today. Louisville's zoo is miniscule compared to many around the country/world, but still it's better than nothing. I handed my wife the Fuji and I took the E-30 w/ 50-200 sans EC-20 (but I *did* pack it -- good thing, too!). So far, of the 600+ images we took, this is the shot of the day. I just HAD to lay this one on ya!

Nice shot, Gary! This tiger looks like a big old stuffed animal, except it could take your head off in one chomp.

Thanks, y'all! I thought it came out really well considering I was accidentally in Shutter Priority (didn't find out that little tidbit til I got home and almost had a heart attack!), racked out at 400mm shooting through candy-smudged glass and being knocked around by the vile, little monsters some people call their kids.

Gary, I insist that you stop holding your feelings inside. You simply must start telling us how you really feel.

I'll try, Ted. Just can't promise anything. I've been so introverted for so long.

Dittos. Nice shot!

P.S. - as a regular visitor with an annual pass to my local zoo, I understand your feelings about the smeared glass and the pesky kids. LOL
