Default Right in Your Own Back Yard

Like the old song says. Sometimes we don't have to look very far for some spectacular color. From my front window.

....you are a fortunate man and photographer.

I just looked 'out my back door'; no fall color and it wasn't John Fogerty's view either, maybe I should check the 'front door'........ NOPE!

I'm lost in a view of dismality (lol).

You are - with a dry summer we've had very little fall color here. And all the leaves will be gone after Frankenstorm passes through. (Who would have thought that you'd be safer in Florida than the mid-Atlantic for a hurricane?)
