Default News! Sun in the Northwest.

Like I said on Steven's butterfly thread. The sun has been smiling the past few days....... that means rain for the next few.

Took this yesterday from the deck of a house we've just listed, the house isn't that great but it's waterfront and has great views.

Wow Ken, what a great view. You should be able to sell that property even if the structure was just an old log cabin. Just be sure and take the buyers there when the sun is shining.

Charming country cottage there Harj..

Steven. We had a viewing today, we'll see how it goes later.

James, I thought you meant me for a moment..
It's an estate sale really the family had a gathering for the old guy who stayed there until last week. He passed on at 98. I guess he liked it there....

The house is solid but it was last updated in about 1968.

Yes, I thought this was the view from your home, and is why I asked.

Hey Ken

Yep you know those good old 60s architecture and that quiet distinct village look that they went for.. I'm surprised there's any tree's, local forests and National Parks left apart from what me Lord's and the upper gentry have on their estates!
