Hi Guys: those shots were taken just after a quick and heavy rainstorm had swept through. So even though it was sunny, the wind was still high, probably blowing at least a steady 20-25mph or so. I was standing on the pier taking some shots and this boat sailed by out of the marina. He was out there as the only sailboat I saw, all the other boats on the water were power boats. I don't know much about sailing, but he only stayed out about 30 minutes before he returned to the marina. So maybe the wind was too strong for his sailing skills, or he was just checking out something in his boat. It seems to me that that was a rather short time to stay out after going to the trouble of setting sail out of the marina.

Not even time for a decent sailor to finish a 6 pack..
Perhaps he took his wife out for a nice peaceful sundown cruise...... Hold on...here comes another!
