Default Portraits from ComicCon London 2013

I thought I'd missed ComicCon (London) for 2013 but I walked right into it on the weekend! Lucky for me .. !! A few portraits from some of teh fab folks over at comiccon in London. All taken with the E3 + 35-100F2 =- RAW pp'd using LR5 beta

1. Morticia

2. Imperials...

3. Not sure what character she was dressed up as .. but her complexion is superb.

4. Dr ... Who ????

5. Harley

6. Hugh Jackman, or Wolverine ..

It looked to have been a real fab event .. lots of ppl taking a great deal time and effort on outfits and looking the part. Just annoyed I just got to see the tail end of it.

Ahh to be a kid again !!

Oooooo, great portraits Harj. They look like well planned portrait poses instead of street shots. Good job!!!!!

All good shots and (what looks like ) Good fun.

I notice you're using LR5 these days. I had LR2 and tired of it's limitations. what's your feeling on LR5?

Nice job Harj. That last photo looks like me when I can't figure out how to do something with my E-3.

Guys thanks for the comments on the pics.. I had been out for months as I'm still trying to get back to 100%.

Ken, LR4/5 are a big step up from LR2 (speed improvements, much better built in NR, better highlight recovery etc) and at the moment LR5 beta is still freely downloadable to use -we'll see the RC candidates after that and then the final version . The only issue that I can see with LR is when Adobe makes it a cloud only app and you basically have to pay a subscription to use it. They've done that with Photoshop etc so I think its only a matter of time before LR goes that way and when it does, it's going to mean sticking to that final non cloud version or switching to another app.

I wasn;t there long as I got the tail end of the last day but there was some pretty amazing looking cuite's there ..

Great photos, Harj!!! It looks like they went there to be photographed and so were willing to pose for you.
