And Bruce over at DPR found this little tidbit:

Looks like the EM1 may only be able to SAF with the adapter and you cant' use any of the TC's or EC's with the adapter.

We'll find out officaly on the Tuesday..

The focusing system on the M1 is a different system from the EM5. I don't agree with the assumptions being made over at DPR from EM5 performance. They are always trying to compare apples to oranges over at DPR. That is one of the reasons that I rarely read the Olympus forum over at DPR.

Yep, the Olympus DSLR forum at DPReview at this point is a bunch of worry warts just looking for a problem to a solution. The E-M5 is the last camera anyone needs to be comparing to the E-M1. Totally different AF system.

This is what that forum will look like in 2-3 years..

I also don't go there much anymore. The weekly Sunday Cat thread is fun if you're a cat lover, but it's frustrating to me. To get those images, those guys must carry a camera around with them all the time. The only way I could do that is if I had one that was very compact and lightweight with good AF, a fast high-IQ sensor, and

Uh oh.
