Wow Rriley: what a house and what great photos of it. You should charge 3 times your regular fee for that session.

Hey Riley

Agree with Steve on what a cracking looking home to have and also have snapped !

The CCEE ... luckily its not networking as that would have bored me silly .. its all to do with applications delivery and server/desktop virtualisation.

Looks good on the outside. One can see that it's Ausie right off.

Nice photo though, I haven't tried the evening, mood light, you don't often see it (At all) here on real estate Pics. Could be my next listing...

Excellent capture Rriley. The house looks really appealing in that shot.

I've only had one agent who asked for an early evening shot, and that was just an addition to the standard daytime shots that were already done. For some reason the agents here seem to all just want middle of the day shots in bright sunshine. You give the client what he wants, I guess.

My attempt to show our home to a friend in California, a few years ago, camera Olympus C7070WZ @ 6.5mm. Now I will hush and watch this thread, thanks.

we use it to punch up more ordinary houses
or get the big money jobs right over the top

at one time it wasnt common here either
it is an example how competition raises quality standards

you can look around the world and see that
where Harj is the competition isnt so great, and the industry doesnt make a big deal out of images. But Australia is big on multi-media and the internet, so they push market their opportunities, or get swallowed by those who do. Eventually its about business survival
