Default 2014 Winter baby birds update: part II

As you remember, I have been following this winter's crop of baby birds. Wanted to share the most recent photos of the babies with the group.
(The original post can be found here: http://forums.steves-digicams.com/ol...aby-birds.html )

All the chicks are growing rapidly. The latest shots:
1. Great Blue Heron babies:

2. The baby eagles: (Again, poor quality because they are so far away.)

3. Sandhill Crane chicks: (They are really growing fast!)

Nice follow up shots Steven. They'll all be teens next, that's when the trouble starts..

Thank you for your comments Ken and James. I will try to post another update in the coming weeks so we can follow the growth of the chicks.

Steve .. your darn lucky.. i mean how cool is it to have a real jungle on your doorstep.

Still I envy that wee lass in Alaska and the wee critters that land on her porch on a daily bassis. Wild Bald eagles in toucing distance

Thank you very much, Lordje.

And I went for a walk this week to check on the Sandhill Crane chicks. As you can see they are still growing rapidly:
