Colorful sky

Recently, Sharon and I went over to one of our favorite seafood restaurants; located next to the bait shop at a local Tampa fishing pier. After dinner we went walking on the fishing pier, and I decided to take a few shots of the typical Florida sky, as I liked the golden hues that colored the sky.

All are OOC as captured by the E-3 and 12-60mm; no PP. I thought the E-3 did a good job in capturing the colors.

Nice color indeed. Did you have the camera set on the Sunset scene mode?

Thanks for the comments, Alan. No, no Sunset Scene.

Back when the E-3 was made, (2007-2010) Olympus did not put Scene or art filters options on its' then top line camera. I think that they did add some Art Filters on the E-5 when it came out in 2010. I have all kinds of scene modes in my little Oly p&S cameras, but no scene modes or art filters on the E-3. I understand that the micro OMD lines have lots of art filters.

The 12-60 got fixed fer'ya Steven, these are typical 12-60 quality, sharp as nails.

Thanks, Bob. Yes, it looks like they did a good job repairing the 12-60. I'm glad of that as I could not afford a new one. :)
