Default Just for fun - a tour of the Space Center and a shuttle launch.

E-3 and 12-60mm. No PP.

The Legoland Park in Florida has some amazing exhibits. You can take a tour of the major cities of the USA with a simple walk thru the area. While some parts are definitely aimed at kids, there are other areas that are enjoyable for adults.

Amazing what they do with Lego's. I thought you were talking about a tour of the Kennedy Space Center...LOL! I like the count down timer as well. I got to tour the space center in 2009 and saw one of the shuttles on the launch pad...it was a few days before the actual launch and the orbiter had been moved into position.

Great capture!

Thanks, Jehan. Yes, there are some amazing things that they build with Legos.

Glad that you got to Kennedy Space Center. I've been able to go over a couple of times myself. I really miss the Space Shuttle, even though we live over 100 miles away, we could watch the launches from our house.

Thanks, Marcelo. Yes, it is relatively new, just opened a couple of years ago. It was built next to Cypress Gardens, which are now are a part of the Legolands Park.

Ha! My daughter's favorite toy. I couldn't even start to estimate how much money I spent on Lego's for her. It might not have been enough to build that shuttle though. Wow, that's impressive.

I have to agree Harj. Just walking around LegoLand and seeing what they do with those little plastic blocks is entertaining.

Greg: not only the shuttle, they have re-created all the major cities of the USA in Lego pieces. I'll try to post some photos of the other exhibits in the future.
