Wow! What an interesting shot. At the top, it first makes one think it is a kind of optical illusion created by Photoshop, but then as you scroll down and pick up the old brick building, it all falls in place. The sharp angles and colors and reflections of the modern building give way to the faded brick of the old hotel. I like it. Good eye for that composition, Giles.

Very nice image folob,

I didn't know you are a 4/3 shooter also, I was checking your gallery at DevianArt and you have a nice collection of pictures there.

The one that called my attention is " A Grey Day" beautiful capture and the B&W works great with that scene. "Inside the museum" "Green Overkill" and "Open Door Policy" are outstanding.

Thanks lot Marcelo!

I started shooting DSLR with the E-500, move to the E-520 and concluded that with the current E-30. I do not know if I will keep my 4/3 E-30 very long as I do not use it that much.

However, I used the 12-60 and the 50-200 a lot on the E-M1

I decided to keep no more than a 1,000 shots on that site and I try to update it as much as possible.

Gilles
