Hi Guys,

I've recently bought the Oly E500 twin lens kit and am very happy with it. Does anyone have the new 35mm macro lens and is it any good?

I find lens light, ezy to carry. Pictures taken are sharp, even it is shot from a distance and cropped. No distortion noted as with most fixed lenses.

The lens is very sharp at any distance, giving better detail for example in landscape photos. We are many who use the 35mm macro as our walk-about lens. You have to do a bit more footwork - bringing back fond memories from my OM-camera days when my favourite combination was an 85mm and a 28 (or 35) mm.
