Despite resetting the menu, my flash will only sync upto 160 but the option is to 180.
Anybody know where or what i have done? Cant find anything on the net or in the manual.


EDIT: No matter, after weeks of looking finally found it was the EV STEP. :roll:
The manual is very limited and very confusing :sad:

Just a tip in case you didn't know, if you're using the FL-36 or FL-50 you can go beyond 1/180 if you set the flash to FP mode....note that in FP mode flash output is reduced.

The TTL-FP mode is great for outdoor fill flash. At high shutter speeds is provides just enough light to eliminate shadows or add the right "pop" to twilight pictures.
