Default Am I dreaming?

Or was there a post here last night about the new Tamron super zoom? I know I posted a comment, but the post is gone this morning. I was going to check out the images some more on the provided link.

There was a thread about the new tamron, and you did comment in it.

Yep. Looks like it will be a nice competitor for the Olympus model.

It will be a good option for panny users. It looks like the olympus model is small as it does not need the VC motors.

True. The E-M5 stabilization system that includes finder stabilization is great, but for Pen owners the Tamron model with in-lens stabilization may stabilize the view in the accessory electronic viewfinders/back LCD's better and be the better option to use compared to the in-body stabilization.

The further out one zooms and increases magnification, the ability to stabilize the view too sure makes viewing/composing easier. The E-M5 was a revelation compared to the E-P3 for me using the 75-300 M. Zuiko.
