I think my GF has been down that highway driving to some ranch outside of Calgary to do horseback riding up in that range. Beautiful country.

Hi James
1,2 and 5 are OOC .jpg ( I am jpg shooter )
No. 3 needed the shadows lightened . the trees were way too dark
and No. 4 needed fill flash. The OOC image was a little too dark

All in Elements 8

I am beginning to shoot more jpeg as well. The images coming out of the E-3 look pretty darn good to me and I do not know if there is a benefit shooting RAW and then immediately convert to jpeg. Your pics again prove this. I think with RAW it pretty much puts the camera back in your hand to correct things you cannot correct by editing jpeg images.

Hey Fred, I like these images and the scenery is breath taking, nicely done, balancing white snow and deep blue skies isn't an easy task and you did well.

Fred
Really enjoy these shots -- a beautiful part of the world, especially on a day like this. Very different looking during a blizzard at night as my wife tells me...

1 and 3 are my favorites.

Marcelo
