OM-D E-M1 Mark II Hands On Mini Review

We just published a hands on mini review of the new E-M1 Mark II over at the blog, Steve's Darkroom.

Palmer was very impressed with its performance. Be sure to give it a look.

Very nice review but not too happy about the pictures posted, looks very over processed and noise filtered, very exited about the ISO performance.

Thank you for sharing the link.

Thanks for the feedback! Once we get a longer loan with the Mark II, we'll put together our normal in-depth review, with unedited samples right out of the camera.

The review does not mention anything about dynamic range but the pictures outside the Reykjavik pub are amazing, ISO 25600 and the highlights looks great. If this camera offer great IQ at higher ISO's and a great capability to recover highlights and shadows I will be considering it to replace my OMD-E5.

I'm also interested to hear how well it does with the legacy 4/3s glass, this was a big factor for me in purchasing the E-M1 MK I.

Does anyone who purchased the camera feel the value is there compared to the almost 1K less money of the MkI?
