Default See how IBIS degrades video quality

Captured from video, IS-on vs. IS-off.

Yes I did many samples; so it is not just the IS-on capture happens to be a bad one. It is noticeable too while I watching the two video side by side. Yes I did many video not just two.

Because image is zoomed by 20% or so when IS is enabled for video, I have to move the camera away or zoom out a little, to get the same image size.
