Still Here Guys

I've been pretty quiet and listless for quite some time and not much interest in photography. During a recent exam by a cardiologist, come to find out that both my carotid arteries are partially blocked. 60% in one and 80% in the other which can definitely cause the above symptoms. Scheduled for a cardiac catheterization in a week or two to clean out veins and/or put in stents. Sure looking forward to getting back here and posting pics with a fresh and clear thinking mind.

Take care of yourself James .... and come back to us with more fantastic pictures!

Thanks for the well wishes, and I certainly will come back. Tall Ship celebration is coming to Bay City July 14 and I hoping the procedure will be complete by then and can happily fire away with my camera. :-)

Last time they came in was in 2013 and I captured this photo of a frigate coming in to the Saginaw River here in Bay City.

James: take care of yourself, we have missed your posts. Good luck with the arteries. They can do wonders with stints now, and we trust that soon you will be back at full speed. Keep us posted and best wishes.

hey James, best of luck on the procedure, I hope they get those pipes and motivations flowing again for you!

Thanks Ramce. The doctor didn't seem too concerned so that's about the same feeling as winning a Hassleblad with all the lenses.
