Default Optomax lens will it fit my ep1 help

HI, I have a Olympus e-pl1 pen ,
Just been giving a Optomax 1:4.5 80-200 A/m Is there any way I can use this with my e-p1 is there like a adapter I can get.. Any help would be good

If you know the actual lens mount that this lens uses, there might be a possibility.

Any idear how i find this out sarah? all i no is its a auto optomax 1:4.5 80-200 macro, and its a screw mount, but thats all i can find out

Usually the screw mount is M42. There are plenty of M42 to m4/3 adapters to choose from on eBay and they are cheap. It might be worth it buying one assuming this is a good lens (I've never heard of it).

for somthing that was giveing to me, its worth a shot , and i just got a 2x tele converter, that also fits this lens, got it from one of our local charity shops

I agree, the adapter should cost you $30 or so on eBay (here in the US at least)
