Default Just Ordered My E-PL1 Last Night....

Should get it next Wednesday, Slate Blue variety along with the 17mm Lens and FL 14 Flash (I guess a larger flash will come in handy, had a brain fart when I ordered it because I was still stuck on the Pen's not having flashes!). Because scuba diving is one of my hobbies, although not near as much as it used to be, I also ordered an UW housing for it (really because I'm taking the Fam to Orlando for a huge aquarium conference in 2 weeks and even if I'm not diving, I'm going to be in the pool with my Pen!).

I look forward to visiting this forum often and posting some pics!

Chuck, sounds like your getting an impressive setup with that underwater housing, will be interested to see what kind of shots you get with it.

Thanks for the replies! I also picked up the E-PL1 for Dummies book and have been perusing it while waiting for my stuff to arrive next week. I've had an E-300 for several years now and a Stylus 770 (I'm an Olympus junkie!) which I use quite a bit more than the SLR. I never really learned to use the SLR to its fullest potential and hope to do a better job with the Pen. I need to get off my *ss and take a course or two at the local community college.

Congrats, the larger flash will come in handy for indoor stuff. Though the little built in flash is good for a built in. And you can bounce with it, the fl14 will give you allot more reach.
