Default Not an Olympus But You Might Be Interested

Just a note to call your collective attention to a post I just made under the Fujifilm forum. I mention it because I suspect fans of micro four-thirds cameras would be interested:

What a great looking camera! Unfortunately, I doubt it will cost less than $999, which to me will be way too much considering it's a fixed lens camera...no possible expansion to the system. Let's wait and see!

The price I have seen quoted is much, much higher than $999....think closer to Olympus E5-range, which will make it not only Leica-like, but Unaffordable-Leica-like for most.

Let's hope IQ is not that great...LOL. That way, I won't feel bad for not being able to buy one.

It looks like the word from Photokina is that the Fuji X100 will run about $1000 in the U.S. and 1000 euros in Europe. Sure, cheaper is always better but I think it'll be a winner at that price point.

Only if the camera exceeds expectations.
