You never know about Olympus. The press release about the penpal when it was announce was that it will work with all pens with the port later. But only with the epl2 at the beginning. Only time will tell.

Well I know the new macro light will work with the epl-1, oly just got back to me about that one.

Given the option and only one accessory port, the VF-2 is what I would elect to use every single time.

Just reinforces the absolute need that this camera body have a built-in finder option for those who want dual access to BOTH an eyelevel finder and the ability to mount either an accessory flash or other options at the same time besides having to use the hot shoe to mount their finder.
