Question mega OIS

Hey guys and gals,

Do i turn off the cameras internal image stabilization if I enable the mega OIS on the lens itself?

With the 4/3rd's system, we were always told to use one version of stabilization or the other. Not both as they were not designed to be used together. I have seen comments that some use both, but I would just use one or the other.

I also think the mega OIS in the Panasonic lenses is more efficient and would choose it given the option for both still images and, even more definitely for movies.
