Default A pretty nifty camera strap

Hi all,

I'm not one for plugging a particular product unless I'm asked. But, I just got this nifty camera strap and wrist pad from Gordyscamerastraps.com.

It is very well made and, I think, reasonably priced at $32

That is a nice looking strap.

I once tried using a hand strap but did not take to it, seems I always using both hands at something and the camera was bothersome. I do see quite a few people using hand straps.

For me I like the DOMKE neck/shoulder straps and have a couple of them for my smaller cameras.

Hi Bob,

I've tried using various neck straps and find that with the 70-200mm on the Nikon, it is just too heavy and cumbersome. I got to the point that I would just wrap the neck strap around my wrist and hold the camera by the grip as if I were about to lift the camera up to eye level to shoot.

For me, this strap just is a lot easier to maneuver with.
