Hi,

Orchids are some of my favorite plants to photograph as they are so many un usual varieties and their structure is so complex.

FWIW, you may try increasing the exposure value on the first 2 images as there is a lot of detail that currently can't be seen.

I would love to see these same images taken with the 70-300mm lens.
A corker of a lens and when used with a tripod, the results are nothing short of amazing.

Just my 02cents.

challenge accepted!

Maybe this weekend or maybe in a few weeks I will bust out the tripod and put this in a sunny spot and doing some shots with the 70-300mm!
