I've been getting pretty close to some insects lately with my 35mm and it is fun to see the critters when I get home from a day in the field.
Look forward to seeing some of your critter shots using the 35mm macro.

Nice shots Zig. Where did you get the black board?

Hi James,
I use 1/4 thick foam core board, the kind used in mounting photographs. I buy the board that is black on one side and white on the other. This way you can isolate the flower with either a totally white or black background.

You can buy them in any arts & crafts store. i.e. A.C. Moore, Michael's.
Cheap; $2.99 each

Ahh, we have a Michaels in the area. I'll have to stop by and pick one up. Thanks.
