Default Winter Sunset Over the Bay

It was gloomy and overcast all day but just as the sun was going down the clouds broke enough to make a brilliant sunset. This didn't last long but it was fantastic.

Looks like you're having nicer weather than we are.

Is that the Gulfport water tower in the background. I spent some time in Gulfport quite a few years ago.

Very nice indeed. Love the composition too with the way you placed the tree and pier in the image relative to the sky.

James, that water tower is in Biloxi near the East entrance to Keesler. The bridge you see is I-110. It goes from D'Iberville at it's North end to Biloxi. My vantage point is from the North shore of Biloxi Bay. 30.424W 88.880W. What brought you to Gulfport?

I like this shot so much, I am using it for wallpaper on my laptop. I hope you don't mind.

I certainly don't mind. As a matter of fact I'm flattered that you like it so well. Thank you.
