Here's a lnk to the Nissin mounted on an EPL-1 to give you an idea of the size.

http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-me...e=UTF8&index=1

All the lenses mentioned with the bounce head are roughly the same size.

The Metz 24 and Vivitar 183 are a little smaller, but they are also a one piece. The bounce is the deflector built into the lens. The head itself doesn't tilt.

I remember on earlier posts, you were really concerned about the size of the camera and lens.

It does not look so bad. But I'm confused you say this flash does not tikt the head or you mean the mentioned Metz and Vivitar?

Btw what about the Bower SFD9260 is it as good as this Nissin?
I also want to mention the at the moment I have three lenses.
Panasonic 20mm
Panasonic 14mm
Panasonic 14-42
I plan to buy a zoom lens on the future. I'm waiting for a fast cheap zoom lens to be released.

Fast and cheap? Be prepared to wait and never see that. Fast and cheap in a zoom are mutually exclusive terms. It just does not happen. Whatever Olympus comes up with, the price is probably not going to be much different than the two Panasonic f2.8 zooms.

As far as how good the Bower flash is, who knows? I don't. Just based on specs it look as good as any of the non-Olympus and Panasonic options for the price. There are 39 user reviews of that unit on the B&H web site. Read them and see what users are saying.

The Metz 24 doesn't have a tilt head for bounce. The lens rotates out for the bounce effect.

The Vivitar DF183 is similar. It's $37. I don't know if it's any good, but it's "cheap".

LOL - you and me both... but as Greg says it ain't gonna happen.

In the mean time the 45mm f1.8 is a great portrait lens and should be on your list.

The 45mm f1.8 ramcewan referred to is an Olympus model. Panasonic's 45 is the 45mm f2.8 macro. Both are excellent.

get a TTL flash, it makes things easier. Rule out the full manual ones unless you know what you are doing with a flash. You want something you can tilt at the very least. Also you want something with a bit of power if you intend to bounce something with a guild number of 24 for regular height ceiling. And for really high, 20ft ceiling you want something in the 36 range at a min.

The metz are nice, they can be firmware updated by the owner. And they work really well on the pens.
