Default Pen Mini Goes Gigging

Blitz Kids at Glasgow Uni's QMU last Friday evening. Unfortunately, I was shooting from behind the barrier and therefore was unable to move around. ISO 3200 and 4000 were used, no flash. Lens was the Pany 20mm pancake.

Excellent, I like the lighting for the music venues and I like shooting with it. One can't always move around as we wish, you did quite well Kat.

BTW, which camera did you use for these?

Pen Mini. E-PM1 or E-PM2?

Nice images, either way.

Thanks for the nice comments, guys. It was the E-PM1, Greg, I got one reasonably cheaply two months ago.

At the end of next month I'll be going to the Slam Dunk music festival, so hopefully some of the stages will be less busy than others and I'll get the opportunity to take some pics from a variety of angles.

Wow, those pictures are fantastic, great composition plus the colors and contrast looks great.

How was the AF of the E-PM1 under this environment?

Thank's Marcello. This is the first time I've used a M4/3 camera at a show, but I felt the AF performed well, certainly better than my Fuji compact.
