....that looks exactly like the E-3 fit and I've lost 3 of them, nothing holds the eyepiece on and it looks like that is the same with the EV-4.

Oly now for the past year or so have the VF-2 piece for $7.

I would bet they won't have the EV-4 for at least a year except if one pays the fixit flat rate, sends in the VF & one way shipping, same as was with the VF-2.

I got lucky I guess, haven't lost mine and will not have that to worry about anymore with the E-3.

James , see my statement again, my advice to you is order a spare for when you lose the one from your E-3. From Olympus $7. Slide the eyepiece 'upward' to remove and LOSE.

Well Bob, I lucked out again, the E-3 came with a spare rubber eye piece but it is larger than the one on the camera.
