Default Some images from Victoria, BC, Canada

We did a week-end in Victoria for a wedding (loved the weather there) and I was able to shoot a little bit.

That Green Thing in December Made Us Happy:

Crying Out:

I got a leaf on my nose:

All with the EM-1 and the 4/3 12-60mm

Enjoy!

Interesting how that 1st one came out. Looks like a tilt-shift image. Nice work.

Did enjoy seeing these. I never had the 12-60 but always did regret not getting it with the E-3.

It wasn't a tilt-shift image .... until I edited with the Topaz Lens-Correction Plug-in .... using the Tilt-Shift option

Love those, great bokeh. I have to this day not know what tilt lenses are used for. When I was younger I thought maybe for taking pictures around a corner.

Nice shots; really like your compositions, especially #2.

(The 12-60mm and the 50-200mm account for 99% of my photos. They are both superb lens.)

The trip Katherine and I took to Vancouver/Victoria/Whistler in 2004 still rates right at the top of our favorite vacations ever. I remember taking a boat from the harbor in the background that first image to go whale watching.

I also remember that 2004 trip being the last one where I used film. I do not think I've bought a roll of film since 2004.
