It was not an easy day for the E-P3; the M1 and 50-200 was much easier to deal with. If I had my CP filters along I would have had time enough to work the sky but.....

The 195 is a rather spectacular 1958 model, the upholstery is done in Connolly leather (the original Rolls Royce supplier). The airplane belongs to a Fort Worth fellow who lives in a rural area south of Fort Worth where most of the places have acreage and hangars on the properties. He keeps this and another plane at his home.

It's not too late... there's always PP. Agree with ramcewan about the way the clouds line up with the wing. Very effective adding perspective and appeal. Usually as photogs we're not that lucky but sometimes everything seems to "line up" (pun stumbled upon).
