Default Pink Dogwood

Pink Dogwood with E-M1 and 12-40. I should have stood back to get a picture of the whole tree but this one was about 20 feet tall with an equal spread. A real favorite.

Those are beautiful. Haven't seen pink Dogwood around here. Whites and greens in spades, but no pink.

Isn't that interesting. You'd think if the climate supports white and green it would support pink as well. However, there are plenty white and pink around here but I don't remember seeing a green one. Must be local tastes.

Thanks for the comment and here's one with a little backlight.

Thanks for the reminder that spring will finally arrive and we'll get to see all the amazing colour you folks are enjoying. Our luck and it will go from cold to hot and the blossoms will be over in a flash.
That is a wonderful dogwood, well captured

Great shots and too bad those flowers didn't last all summer.
